Where is the facility located?

We are conveniently located off Dickerson Pkwy and Mayes Road (from the I-35E Expressway). From the I-35, proceed east on Dickerson Pkwy to Mayes Rd (turn R or South). We are located on the right (or west) side of the street.

What are the OFFICE Hours?

Our office is located inside the ‘main industrial building’. Office Hours are: Monday-Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm).

What are the GATE ACCESS Hours?

24/7 (24 hours/day & 7 days/week).

How do I get Gate Access?

After payment is made, our friendly staff will give you a personalized gate access code.  Call us for details.

What if I forget my Code?

Simply call our friendly staff and they will provide you with a new code.

What Amenities do you have?

We have an electronic gate (24/7 access) with gate code, security camera system, fully fenced & secure yard, outside lighting, a dump station, and a wash station.

When is Rent Due?

On the 1st of every month.

What form of payment can I use?

Credit card, ACH, or check.

What form of Documentation do I need to rent a SPACE/Unit?

You will need proof of insurance (items stored), and your Driver’s License.

Do you have a Dump Station?

Yes, and is FREE to our paying customers.

Do you have a Wash Station?

 Yes, and is FREE to our paying customers.

What items am I prohibited from storing at the facility?

Customers are never allowed to store the following:  Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, combustibles, flammable or hazardous items.  Contact us if you have any questions about specific items.

Lighted and Secure

We have 21 lights placed throughout the Mayes Industrial Storage facility, providing all-night lighting for added protection. 

The Perimeter of the storage site is fenced, and an electric gate with keypad control is provided for after-hours access.
